Ryan Mulcahy – Case 2:24-cv-00006-LGW-BWC
The deposition of RYAN MULCAHY
The raw version with no edits
This video shows LCSD Mulcahy and Trooper Ashdown. Whereby they both fabricated evidence against Lucas for
1. Driving under the influence of alcohol, where he was forced to take a blood test against his consent. The results from the G.B.I bac test indicated bac level as 0 percent.
2. Possession of marijuana, false it was cbd they claimed tested positive for marijuana but couldn’t produce the result during discover period.
3. Possession of powder, they claimed it tested positive for cocaine, but G.B.I Lab indicate it was possibly methamphetamine but could not verify that.
4. A few other minor violations. This was a retaliatory act by LCSD against me, as you will hear the deputy say ” it’s known that the Sheriff said be looking for him” because this was the third time in approximately 24 month time frame LCSD arrested Lucas on fault charges as he had all three cases dismissed against him as he represented himself pro se.

Lucas has hunting gear he uses to hunt hogs at night, well he found some pigs!

Ryan is being sued in his individual capacity. Ryan has detached himself from all assets due to this lawsuit.
I wonder does his new employer know he is willing to get dirty to get motherfuckers?
Defendant Ryan Mulcahy (“Deputy Mulcahy”) files this Reply Brief in Support of His Motion for Summary Judgment.
A week before deputies beat the girlfriend of Lucas. I am working on getting the footage and docs on that case. All I have is this one clip right now
Blood work
Interpreting forensic blood test results involves understanding measurement uncertainty, chain of custody, and potential legal challenges. Here’s a breakdown of what the details suggest:
1. Sealed Alcohol Collection Kit
- The use of a sealed kit is critical in DUI, DWI, or criminal investigations because it ensures proper handling and prevents contamination.
- If the chain of custody is broken or improperly documented, the results may be challenged in court.
2. Measurement Uncertainty
- What It Means: Every forensic test has a margin of error. The lab accounts for possible variations in the testing equipment, sample handling, and environmental factors.
- Why It Matters: If the reported Blood Alcohol Concentration (BAC) is close to the legal limit (e.g., 0.08% for DUI), the uncertainty range could be a defense argument—suggesting the actual BAC might be lower than the threshold.
3. Coverage Probability (99%)
- This means the lab is 99% confident that the true concentration of alcohol in the blood falls within the reported uncertainty range.
- Higher confidence means greater reliability, but it also acknowledges that some degree of error is always present.
Legal Implications & Challenges
- Defense attorneys may argue that:
- Improper collection, storage, or handling compromised the sample.
- Measurement uncertainty means the BAC could be lower than reported.
- Other substances (medications, diabetes, or contamination) might have affected the results.
