On 8.8.24 Richard Alexander Russell was involved in a pursuit with Georgia State Patrol at 4:38 am. He was coming from downtown where he parties and has a great time. He even ran from Richmond County Deputies on foot. I requested the body cam from the officers that chased Russell but they said no, they are investigating, but I don’t believe them liars! Here is the email from the correspondence.
This is an email of me requesting the body cam from Richmond County where Russell was downtown Augusta Georgia drunk and acting a fool. RCSO is protecting him. They blocked the BWC and we all know they are not investigating anything! I have asked them to prove it, they declined 🙂
On this occasion the fun started when he ran from trooper John Zebro. The chase started on the Coulhoune Expressway and merged onto Washington road where Russell turned by a church depicted in the image below, pulled behind the church and started walking. He was seen on dash cam casually walking the streets at around 5 am. I got to admit, I fell out of my chair when Zebro was taunting Russell over the loud speaker 🙂 Zebro really wanted him!!

Trooper John Zebro gave chase after Russell after he observed Russell going in access of the speed limit. Zebro estimated 60 in a 45.

GSP does not wear body cam, only dash cam, but they usually aim their vehicle towards the incident as they wear microphones that capture the audio outside of the car while they are moving.
