This story involves 3 cops, Thomas Ray Coggins (Forsyth County Sheriffs Office) , Kirsty Rae Spivey (Forsyth County Sheriffs Office) and Ian Applewhaite of the Atlanta police department. The incidents happened in Rabun county where Spivey lives. You will hear statements made against FCSO about Spivey showing graphic images via texts with senior officers.
The entire story is batshit crazy. When I found out all 3 were cops, oh boy I got excited and submitted a LOT of requests to learn more about this wild n out trio.
Georgia POST state certification for each cop. Only one cop was decertified over this whole mess and that was Coggins, which is just a random case I pulled from POST but it only had audio interviews and no documents. So I had to build the story to give more depth.
Spivey is under investigation by the POST council from the gun posting at Ian incident. She was charged with Aggravated Assault, Pointing Or Aiming Gun Or Pistol At Another, Possession Of Firearm Or Knife During Commission Of Or Attempt To Commit Certain Felonies, Reckless Conduct. She is very likely to get decertified. And she needs to be!!!
All service calls to Spiveys address, police have responded 2 times to the address over domestic issues.
