We begin our investigation by identifying every cop in the video that we can. After reviewing the video and their Facebook page the only 2. I could identify were Tatiana Levenar and Crystal Nash. Pictured below
There were quite a few cops on scene that we need to identify. The first thing I need is the CAD sheet and incident report, that will give me all of the details needed to start doing open records requests on them.

They use AXON 3 body cams. Once I get that I will start getting body cam. This is a long process and takes a lot of time, and money, records ain’t free!
Quick analysis of the video
A lot of ignorant cops were on display in that video, not one of them attempted to stop the copsplaining that was going on. They literally were making up laws and twisting case law to fit their clear civil rights violations. These cops are the bottom of the bucket and I am going to expose every one of them! It will take some time as we are just now starting. That’s why I don’t spend a LOT of time watching YouTube videos, they piss me off and I want to join the fight against tyranny and corruption myself. So this is yet another way I get content for a video, it’s more of an investigation, you know, doing them like they do us.

Is this a true statement or a lying vile pig? If you said lying bacon, you would be correct: Florida Law on Identifying Yourself During a Traffic Stop
1. Driver’s Obligation (✅ Required)
- Under Florida Statute § 322.15, a driver must present a valid driver’s license when stopped for a lawful traffic violation.
- Failure to do so may result in a citation or arrest if they refuse.
2. Passenger’s Obligation (⚠️ Situational)
- Passengers are not always required to identify themselves unless:
- They are suspected of committing a crime (e.g., giving false information, possessing contraband).
- They are being lawfully detained for an independent investigation beyond the stop.
- They interfere with law enforcement duties (e.g., obstruction or resisting without violence).
- Florida does not have a “Stop and Identify” law requiring passengers to provide ID unless lawfully detained for an independent reason.
Relevant Case Law:
- Hiibel v. Sixth Judicial District Court of Nevada (2004) – The U.S. Supreme Court upheld that states mayrequire detained persons to identify themselves, but Florida has no such law for passengers in routine traffic stops.
• • C.N.N. v. State, 48 Fla. L. Weekly D1374 (Fla. 5th DCA 2023) – Courts have ruled that passengers are not required to identify themselves unless there’s reasonable suspicion of a crime.

Now that we have all of their names, gathered from the CAD sheet we can start doing open records requests on them. Once we get their certs from FDLE we can look to see if any of them especially Nicholas Thomas, has worked for any other agencies.

Henry’s image will have to be requested from the agency. I will craft the first request which is a fairly generic request that should yield some interesting results.
Any Garrity or Miranda Warnings on file. The Garrity is for administrative investigations and are very common, it usually means they were interviewed and recorded.
Image on file / service photo of each officer, just to validate we have the correct images.
