Subject’s DOB: 08/2000
Incident Details: Youth Christian alleged JCO Saravia has touched her private area (vagina) and performed oral sex while inside her room. The date of exact incident is unknown but would have occurred while Youth Christian was placed at Gainesville RYDC. JCO Saravia has already admitted to kissing Youth Alondra inside her room.
Main Issue: What’s the Main question that needs answered
Has JCO Saravia been involved in a physical sexual relationship with Youth Christian by touching or performing oral sex with youth?
Has JCO Saravia used her personal cellphone to communicate sexual material to or from Youth Christian?
This truth verification examination was predicated upon a request by Investigator Michael O`Neal. A Computer Voice Stress Analysis Exam was administered on Friday, February 12, 2021 at 11:00am at the Gainesville RYDC, 450 Crescent Dr. Gainesville, GA 30501.
SCOPE
The scope of this truth verification examination shall be limited to the subject’s honesty as it relates to if she was involved with youth inappropriately.
REPORT
On 2/12/2021, The Georgia Department of Juvenile Justice extended an interview to Litzy Saravia relevant to Case 20-480. Ms. Saravia was presented with a Miranda Warning form. Ms. Saravia chose to sign the Miranda Warning Form and participate in the interview. Senior CVSA Examiners Danielle Robinson conducted the interview, and hereby submit the following results. The following relevant questions were interspersed with irrelevant and control questions:
- Did you have any sexual contact with Christiana Hunter — The subject responded: No
- Did you have any other sexual contact with Alondra Sanchez other than the kiss you admit to? — The subject responded: No
POST-TEST INTERVIEW
At the conclusion of the exam Saravia was advised the exam indicated that she was being truthful, and she was thanked for her time.
CONCLUSION
Based upon my training and experience it is my opinion that the subject did respond truthfully to the relevant questions during the examination.
The Final Analysis Confirmation Tool was also used on the chart which CONCURRED with my findings that the subject did respond truthfully to the relevant questions during the examination.

Gainesville: On 11/16/20 @ 1845 Captain Switzer contacted Director Wallace by phone. Captain Switzer informed that letters were found that appeared to be wrote from Officer Litzy Saravia to youth Alondra (16). Captain Switzer stated that the letters talked about the two being in a relationship and not to let anyone know because Officer Saravia has a fiancee. The letters are currently in the possession of Lt. Harper and he has generated an SIR on the incident. Officer Saravia works the unit where youth Alondra was housed most nights that she is scheduled. Officer Saravia is next scheduled to work on second shift on 11/18/20. Youth Alondra was transferred to Macon YDC on the morning of 11/16/20. Updates will follow
