You discussed being in a relationship with the inmate upon his release (which you accelerated by bonding him out). Once he was released, you stated that you engaged in sexual relations with him. In addition, on the day of the interview with O.P.S. you were asked where the inmate was at that time and you indicated he was at your home in your bed then you left for work and that he maintained a key to your residence For this matter, it is evident that your conduct is incompatible with the standards of this agency
