The Jermaine Jones case out of Augusta Georgia. The AG is actively protecting the bad actors in this case. This is the trail I have created so far, more will be added as we go. I am awaiting the remaining case files from the GBI.
Took them a year to release open records, the law is 72 hours. The AG does not mediate as they claim the GBI are their buddies. True story bro! It is not about getting records at this point, they have all had a chance to release the records and they broke the law and MUST be held accountable. We can NEVER have public officials that break the law!

First, the kingpin, sheriff Roundtree the corrupt sheriff, he does not return phone calls. I have given him a chance to explain why his agency can’t follow the Georgia Open Records Laws? He has no statement, rather he makes damn sure I am blocked from certain records.. here are a few, the Robert Wilson body cam blocking, Alphonso Forrest body cam and time card from the week of Felycia’s murder, Richard Russells body cam blocking, Chris Brown body cam blocking as so on.. it’s been going on for years. Jermaine Jones was murdered by Richmond County Police officers on 10.11.21 in Augusta Georgia. He, his father and uncle were going to meet a tow truck drive as Mr. Jones had a flat tire. They passed by Russells fake DEA operation and was profiled due to the many occupants in the vehicle and the fact they left the area too fast, no speeding ticket was written though, so they gave chase and pulled Mr. Baker (The uncle) over due to a plastic clear tag cover..
It shall be the duty of the operator of any vehicle to keep the license plate legible at all times. No license plate shall be covered with any material unless the material is colorless and transparent Source
Looks pretty legible to me! But again, Russell already admitted this was NOT the real reason they stopped Jones.
As you can see the tag is not an issue and is within the law. But again, it was a pre textual stop and Russell admits this in his interview. His interview is below.
The officers involved are Richard Russell…. this is the cop I tracked down after he resigned from the Richmond County Sheriff’s office he went to the Warrenton Police Department in Warrenton Georgia. Where he conducted unlawful traffic stops and violates civil rights on a regular, in from of his sergeant at that!
Russell is currently in hiding, I have check multiple states for him. Here is his cert from Georgia that I recently obtained.

Parker Leathers.. we all remember Parker, he is what started this entire investigation, with his retaliatory traffic stop on a first amendment auditor. That started all of this! He was also seen in the Jermaine Jones body cam beating Jones for no reason. He loves going hands on and violating civil rights.

Laura Hucko, Russell stated the dog hit on Jones vehicle. That is not stated in the incident report. None of them state that in the body cam also. Hucko did not activate her body cam. Russell also stated he did not know who called the k9, he is heard in his body cam calling Hucko on radio. He lied to the GBI many times during his interview. Hucko is a part of this conspiracy for her role in this incident. In this image her body cam is activated but not in the Jermaine Jones body cam! The District Attorney Jared Williams closed the Jermaine Jones case December 2022. I requested the case files and body cam from the Richmond County Sheriff’s Office.
The Richmond County Sheriff’s Office refused to release records in the Jermaine Jones case, the case was closed 12.2022, I requested the records on Jan 1, 2023. I filed a complaint with the AG. RCSO claimed the body cam does not exist.
After filing the complaint Kristen sent an email to the City lawyer, Charles Lyons and Tameka Haynes
I also requested the radio communications and e-911 services claimed no such records exist. LIAR!

In response to the AG email to RCSO and the city lawyer, they lied to the AG and told her I received the files.
The only file I ever received was the fake incident report that does not explain what really happened.
The goal of this report was so the news would report Jones was a convicted drug addict, the truth is Jones is NOT a convicted felon, the gun was legal and they also made damn sure we all knew they found a glass pipe. But nothing about how vile these nasty cops were! That has all been shielded and I have had to peel this back layer by layer and I am still going…
I also hot road blocks with getting Jerry Martinez files, he was part of Russells fake DEA operation.
To this day, it has taken a year to receive the Jermaine Jones case files, I received the files from the GBI. The Richmond County Sheriff’s Office is in violation of the Georgia Open records act. The AG is also in violation and is a part of an active criminal conspiracy to deny Jermaine Jones to have justice.
