Santiago was stopped by the Perry Police Department October 28, 2019
Beginning
Where this started, a lady called police from a gas station parking lot that is well lit as this made her feel safe. She was just assaulted and the cop questions her and basically DGAF! The cop was Santiago Rueda, this is a sample, the rest really shows what a clown cop this guy really is! She filed a complaint the next day at a different police department and this raised serious questions about Santiago and his IDGAF attitude!

Then we move on to a non related traffic stop where Santiago was found to be in possession of narcotics. October 28, 2019

Santiago told officers he was suspended, he had already put his notice in by this time as he resigned in lieu of termination, in this clip the investigator for the Georgia POST council calls him on it! That is where the impersonating a police officer came from.
