Meet ZECHARIAH MARK PRESLEY a shamed former cop from the KINGSLAND POLICE DEPARTMENT in Georgia. After harassment of a citizen named Anthony Marcel Green did not yield the desired results for Presley he decided to take additional steps to prove his disdain for Mr. Green so Presley followed Green around and waiting for the perfect time to exact his revenge because Green was supposed to do a controlled drug buy and instead ran off with the money so Presley went into a rage and began stalking Green until he caught him in a dark area and began his pursuit. There is no dash cam or body cam of the initial encounter the radio communication did not begin until foot pursuit began. This is a multipart series with many interviews and a mountain of evidence.
