Why am I investigating Polk County Sheriffs Office (Florida)? Because sheriff Grady Judd is the most non transparent cop out there. He presents his story on social media with no supporting facts, body cam, interview recordings and such, just pics, but never the cops involved or their pics, the arresting cops that is, sometimes the pics Judd shows the people have bandages. But he avoids answering anything about that, he offers passive explanations, “Oh he tried to fight our officers” I have found in my investigations this is the kind of corruption and nonsense the most corrupt cops have in common, that and he would rather be some sort of comical and overdramatized cartoon character cop on YouTube. So far, I am right and they can’t prove I am not. Read below.
The full email communication so far up to 1.2.24 So you see, Grady Judd is NOT transparent, he gets on YT all the time and demands people believe his side, no body cam, no actual reports or anything, just HIS narrative. This silly ass cop should not be famous for being a tyrant! He is a fraud and this page proves it. $104 for a damn employee listing? WTF!!!!

The Polk County Sheriff’s office is imposing a fee of $104 to produce an employee listing of the sheriff’s office. I have never had to pay for this request in fact I recently received the Broward County employee listing county wide, free. The Polk County Sheriff’s office is acting without transparency by using open records fees as a way to deter having access to the records. I would lie to take my camera and film the records in person as there are no fee’s associate and is law.
I have the right to inspect and copy public records at any reasonable time, under reasonable conditions, and under the supervision by the custodian of the public records.

I am filing this complaint on the Polk County Sheriff’s office for excessive fees. I have received records from Broward for the entire county, free, I have never paid for a payroll listing before. I will attach the Broward County payroll as proof. Please look into this matter as this is a use of prior restarint and an attempt to frustrate the open records chapter 19 of the open records laws. There is nothing exempt and this report should not take more than 15 minutes to compile. This is a reflection of the lack of transparency in regards to the Polk County Sheriff’s office.

I am still waiting, 2 weeks now, meanwhile I have received this same request from multiple agencies in multiple states, you are one of the only ones that seem to have a problem complying.

Any instance where the name Billy Blume was searched on your computer systems, NCIC or any other background search function the Polk County Sheriff’s Offices uses.

Yes, you have heard of him, he is somewhat of a movie star in the cop world. But that is for show, what is the real Grady Judd like? How does he really talk to citizens? How do people end up in the hospital, in bandages or in the morgue once his cops show up? He uses exhibits and imagery to convict in the court of public opinion in front of cameras, well there sir, we have something in common. I do as well. Only I show proof and reveal facts, this sheriff just talks. Have you ever seen body cam from Polk County? Nope, he don’t like transparency and the US constitution, he likes them good old boy vibes. Beat that ass and throw em in jail. Times have changed!! Transparency is no longer an option for tyrants!
We have found some issues already and I am just beginning my investigation into this wildly famous cop.. he wants to be a movie star. Let me help make that a permanent career!

First open records request sent 12.10.23 Requesting a payroll summary, name, rank and pay.
12.19.23 Still no records. I forwarded the ORC one of their neighbors payroll listing so maybe they can call them and ask them how to do their job.
